Carrie VanBuskirk

Since joining W2 Communications in 2015, Carrie has played a key role in the development and activation of successful PR campaigns, including overseeing results-generating media relations, press release development, strategic guidance, social media management and much more. Carrie now serves as a Vice President and has worked with cybersecurity and technology organizations of all sizes and industries. Additionally, she leads the charge for the agency’s CYBERTACOS event series – hosting events for hundreds of cybersecurity professionals across the nation. Prior to joining W2 Communications, Carrie graduated from Lynchburg College (now University of Lynchburg) with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies with an emphasis in public relations.
