Jen’s specialties include ventures in build-to-exit, build-to-grow, and rebuild-for-strength marketing strategies. She excels in storytelling and crafting content-driven, integrated programs that drive brand awareness and demand creation to ultimately achieve revenue generation. She also has a “unique set of skills” as it comes to leveraging influencer relations to redefine markets or create new ones, earning her a reputation as a game-changer in the industry.

The last decade of her career has had her largely working as an in-house Chief Marketing Officer and operations executive, and some of her most notable companies include Fortinet, Sourcefire (Cisco), Flashpoint, and Claroty, and she was an advisor to Infocyte when it was acquired by Datto. She was also a cybersecurity portfolio advisor for Glasswing Ventures, is on the Harvard Business Review advisory council, and writes about leadership for SecurityWeek.

In 2019, Jen was recognized by SC Media for advocating aggressively for the ethical protection of security research and how it is used in business. She’s also spoken on this and other topics at DEF CON, RSA Conference, Hack in the Box, Gartner Security Summit, CyberMarketingCon, invite-only hacker conferences, and more.

She’s historically won awards for breaking barriers and changing marketing trends as one of the most 50 Influential Women in B2B Marketing by TopRank Marketing in 2020, a Top Security Influencer by Onalytica in 2019, one of the Most Influential People in Security by TechRadar in 2018, and CSO Magazine included her in a feature on 12 Amazing Women in Cybersecurity in 2017. Earlier in her career, while working for Sourcefire and Fortinet, respectively, Silicon Valley Business Journal named Jen a “Woman of Influence” and included her in its “40 Under 40” for Silicon Valley rising stars who would grow to positively influence the tech industry.
