As Vice President of Public Sector at W2 Communications, Jason is committed to diligently serving the public sector—from federal agencies, state and local government, and educational institutions—developing and implementing strategic integrated solutions that effectively and efficiently deliver on industry initiatives while achieving mission-critical outcomes.
Jason is an experienced PR professional with more than a decade of expertise in strategic communications, media relations, corporate and brand reputation management, social marketing, and behavioral health change. He is seasoned in developing, managing, and implementing large-scale, integrated public education campaigns and programs for a variety of diverse clients across the public and private sector.
Prior to joining W2, Jason worked as the public relations manager for Yes& Agency, where he developed and managed strategic communications and marketing campaigns for B2B and B2G clients in service to the public sector. Additionally, his extensive agency experience extends to Ketchum and FleishmanHillard, where he primarily supported healthcare and social marketing programs in service to federal agencies and the military, along with serving as the public relations manager for the International Spy Museum. Previously, he worked as an adjunct professor at American University in their School of Communication, teaching Public Relations Case Studies and Public Relations Portfolio, a senior undergraduate communications capstone course.
Based in Lake Ridge, Va., Jason is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s University and is an active rugby player as a member of the Washington Irish Rugby Football Club.
